1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services and provider
Services are provided by More Web Design, located at Via Massimo d'Azeglio, 6, 20089 Rozzano (MI), Italy. VAT: IT11384920153.
3. Nature of services
All services are delivered digitally. Deliverables are design files in Figma format, with developer specifications and exported assets. We do not provide web development, hosting, or domain registration.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. Prices are in Euros and do not include VAT where applicable. Stripe applies its own Terms of Service to payment processing.
5. Project process
The project begins after payment confirmation and receipt of the completed brief. Delivery timelines stated are business days and start from the brief approval date.
6. Revisions
The number of revision rounds is stated in the purchased package. Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of each phase delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included count will be billed at the hourly rate.
7. Intellectual property
Upon completion of final payment and delivery, all rights to design work created specifically for the client project transfer to the client. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages arising from implementation of the design by third-party developers.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
