UX Audit & Redesign

We review your existing site, identify what is costing you conversions, and design the fixes. Evidence-based, not aesthetic opinion.

If your website is already getting traffic but not converting, the problem is not that you need a completely new website. The problem is that something specific is getting in the way, and building a new site from scratch will not fix a specific problem unless you know what that problem is. That is what a UX audit is for.

We review your site against a structured set of criteria covering information architecture, navigation clarity, content hierarchy, trust signals, form design, mobile usability, page speed impact on user behaviour, and call-to-action clarity. We produce a written audit report that identifies specific issues and ranks them by their likely impact on conversion.

After the audit, you have a choice. You can take the audit findings and implement them yourself or pass them to your developer. Or you can commission us to do the redesign of the problem areas. The redesign scope is agreed based on what the audit finds, so you are only paying to fix what is actually broken.

Delivery timeline

UX Audit report is delivered within 7 business days. If redesign work is commissioned following the audit, timeline is agreed based on scope.

Not the right fit if:
A UX Audit requires an existing website to audit. If you are starting from scratch, Custom Web Design is the right service. Audit-only deliverable is a written report. Redesign scope is agreed separately based on audit findings.
