For a standard 5-page website (Essential package), we deliver the first design within 12 business days of brief approval. For the Professional package (up to 12 pages), allow 18 business days. Enterprise scope varies. Timelines assume we receive brief materials promptly and revision feedback within 5 business days of each delivery.
After you order, we send a project brief questionnaire covering: what your business does, who your customers are, what action you want website visitors to take, competitors you admire or want to differentiate from, and any existing brand materials. Having your copy (text content) ready speeds things up considerably, though we can start on structure without it.
Yes. A UX Audit & Redesign is often the right choice if you have an existing site with existing traffic and customers. We audit what is working, what is not, and redesign the problem areas. This is typically faster and more cost-effective than a full redesign, unless the existing site has fundamental structural issues.
Yes. While we are based in Rozzano, near Milan, all our work is delivered digitally and we have clients across Italy and other European countries. All communication can be conducted in English or Italian. We typically work via email and video calls, with no requirement for in-person meetings.
Revision rounds are built into every package to allow you to direct changes before final delivery. If, after using all included revision rounds, you believe the final deliverable materially does not match the agreed brief, contact us and we will review.
