Our Website Maintenance plans are monthly retainers for businesses that want their site managed by the people who understand it. We handle content updates, minor design tweaks, technical monitoring, performance checks, and coordination with your developer for anything that requires code changes.
Maintenance is not the same as support. You are not buying an emergency service. You are buying a consistent monthly relationship where someone is paying attention to your website and keeping it accurate, functional, and current without you needing to think about it.
- Up to 4 hours of design/content update time per month

- Monthly rollover of unused hours (up to 2 hours)
Maintenance work is performed on a rolling monthly basis. Update requests submitted within the monthly cycle are completed within 3-5 business days unless urgent.
Website Maintenance requires that your website was either designed by us or that we can be provided with full access to the design files and technical setup. Plans are available month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.
